From Design to Packaging Manual
The development of packaging design and production does not end with the application of standardized procedures. At the level of our services, we fully respect and accommodate the needs of operators on the production floor.
A practical “Packaging Manual” is provided to packaging recipients. It gives production operators essential instructions on how to handle the product and the packaging during the packing process.
The “Packaging Manual” is implemented into the customer’s existing internal documentation. If required, we can also prepare and deliver it as a separate, stand-alone document.
The “Packaging Manual” is structured and divided into several layers of information. The packaging procedure is defined step by step, covering all phases — from the moment the packaging and product are received, to the final stage of a fully packed product ready for dispatch.
This procedure can also be supplemented with appropriate photographic documentation. We consider it essential to include precise labeling of parts with their dimensions, weight, and sensitivity. An indicative time breakdown for individual operations should also be included.
