From Design to Packaging Manual
The applied standardized approach do not end with the development of design and production of packaging. At the level of services provided, we fully respect and meet the needs of production operators.
A practical “Packaging Manual” is intended for users of packaging. It provides production operators with essential information on how to proceed and handle the packaging of the product.
We implement the „Packaging Manual“ into the customer’s existing internal documentation. If necessary, we will offer and arrange delivery in form of a separate document.
The “Packaging Manual” is designed and divided into several levels of information. The packaging process is defined conforming to separate stages. This means from the moment of receiving the packaging and the product to the packaged product ready for shipment.
This procedure can be complemented with the appropriate photo documentation. We also consider accurate marking of parts with dimensions, weight and vulnerability to be decisive. An indicative time frame for separate operations should also be included.
